Colorado SGO · Our Mission

Education for all. Every student, every path.

Our Mission

Education for All: ensuring every child - no matter where they learn or what their family can afford - can access the academic, social, and personal resources that set them up to succeed.

We exist to make that mission actionable. Through IRC Section 25F, eligible taxpayers can direct up to $1,700 of their existing federal tax liability, dollar for dollar, to fund educational resources at the public, private, or homeschool community they care about most. No extra out-of-pocket cost. No political agenda. Just a smarter use of money that was already leaving your pocket.

We structured Sunnyside Rising around the whole school community, not just individual students who happen to qualify. When a school receives SGO-funded resources (whether that's technology, tutoring, enrichment programs, or special needs services), every child in that school benefits. We operate with full transparency: real-time fundraising dashboards, quarterly fund distributions directly to vendors, and annual independent audits ensure that at least 90 cents of every donated dollar funds educational resources for students, paid directly to vendors.

Our Vision

A Colorado where every child has access to the best academic, social, and personal resources, regardless of their individual needs or learning environment.

We are enrolling Colorado schools and registering donors today. Contributions qualify for the federal Section 25F credit beginning January 1, 2027. Register now and we will have your paperwork ready the day the credit opens.
